77bde Terms & Conditions – Complete Usage Guide

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 77bde ("Platform", "we", "us") and users of our website and application ("member", "you"). By using any of 77bde's services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all of these Terms.

Key definitions used in this document:

• "Platform" — All digital channels including the 77bde website (77bde.ws) and mobile application.
• "Member" — Any individual who has registered with or is using the 77bde platform.
• "Bet" — Any wager or bet placed on the 77bde platform.
• "Wallet" — Virtual funds held within a member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds awarded as promotions or rewards that can be withdrawn upon meeting specified conditions.

To use 77bde's services, you must first create an account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.

One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If a member is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any unusual activity on your account should be reported to support immediately.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.

All 77bde services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. If a minor registers using false information, the account will be terminated and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

The following individuals are not permitted to use 77bde's services:

• Anyone under the age of 18.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Employees of 77bde or their immediate family members.
• Those whose accounts were previously terminated due to violations.

Deposits at 77bde can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are typically processed instantly.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT).
• Daily deposit limit: ৳1,00,000 (one hundred thousand BDT).
• Weekly limits may vary depending on membership tier.

Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited. Only the account holder may deposit — sending funds from someone else's Mobile Pay or bank account is not permitted.

77bde is committed to fast withdrawals for its members. Most withdrawals are completed within 3 to 15 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000 (two hundred thousand BDT).
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳50,000) may take up to 24 hours to process through verification.

77bde offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Once a bonus is activated, the wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period.
• Bets placed with bonus balance generally require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• 77bde reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse is suspected.

77bde reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If you are already participating in an active promotion, you will be given every reasonable opportunity to complete it.

Bet Cancellation Conditions

• If a match is cancelled by either team or the organising authority before it begins, the bet will be voided and funds will be returned.
• If a match is postponed and not replayed within 48 hours, the bet may be voided.
• 77bde reserves the right to correct any errors in scores or results.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.

Maximum Win Limit

Maximum winnings per bet vary by market and event. Generally, the maximum payout per betting session is ৳5,00,000. Amounts exceeding this will be paid out subject to verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bde platform. Any such activity will result in account termination and may lead to legal action where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Placing bets with the deliberate intent to abuse bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting support or through account settings. Any remaining wallet balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

Account Closure by 77bde

77bde reserves the right to close or suspend an account with little or no notice for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Direction from a legal authority.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

77bde believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We place our members' wellbeing and mental health above any business interest.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You have the option to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time (self-exclusion).
• A permanent account closure request can be submitted at any time.
